Smart Goal 2016

My goal for the second semester is to improve my collaboration in group projects by allowing my group members to help me do the work of our project and also choosing group members that have a natural leader personality. If I do these things than projects will be less stressful and I will be able to learn more by doing the project. I know that I can accomplish this because all group I have worked in have offered to help me and I have been the one to push them away.
