LA Republica Dominicana 

In this project, we learned about the Dominican Republic and the many cultural aspects. We started by learning some history about the island. We learned about Trujillo and the butterfly sisters. We also learned about baseball in and the immigration to the states from other places. Then we created cultural projects to show our knowledge of the country. It was a fun project and helped me to learn more about other cultures.

Robo En la noche 

In this project, we read the book Robo en la Noche. We then wrote a 500 word essay in Spanish and made a short film acting out a part of the book. We learned about speaking in the past tense and using the preterite and imperfect.
